The purpose of publishing data is to allow applicants to verify information held by the Department that may be used by the Minister and delegated authorities during the long term rights allocation period.
If any data on this website is not correct, the authorised contact person of the applicant may submit representations (including suggested corrections) to
clustera@deat.gov.za. The representations should indicate the application number and may only be submitted
after registration.
Representations will be considered and, if accepted, the information will be corrected on the website. No individual responses will be communicated to applicants, other than an acknowledgment that the e-mail has been received.
