SCUBA DIVERS AND BUSINESS EXEMPTIONS
SCUBA DIVERS AND SCUBA DIVER BUSINESSES EXEMPTED FROM REQUIRING A PERMIT WITHIN AN MARINE PROTECTED AREA (“MPA”) UNTIL 30 JUNE 2005

Marine Protected Area Regulations as promulgated under Section 43 of the Marine Living Resources Act, Act 17 of 1998, Government Gazette No.’s 26430, 26431, 26433 state that:
